All returned items will be given in the form of store credit only as we do not offer refunds. All returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days from receiving your shipment. The store credit that is applied from your return will be for the purchase price of the product only, it does not include the shipping fees charged for delivery. all pieces must be returned in original condition including tags with original packaging, any type of alterations will void a return. All returns and exchanges require approval. All returned merchandise is subject to inspection to confirm it is in sellable condition. Claudia’s Jewelry Inc. reserves the right to determine item eligibility.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests will only be reviewed when made within 15 days of receiving your order. Refused and Undelivered Shipments

All orders are automatically processed and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point.

The act of cancelling an order takes time and incurs fees through our merchant processors.

We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

• If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee before credit is issued

• If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees

• Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above -please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.

Please Note for international orders: If you refuse a shipment on an order that you have placed with us, if you decide that
you do not want to take delivery of an item because you do not want to pay customs fees to your
government, or if you miss the scheduled Federal Express delivery attempts to your delivery address and your undelivered order is returned to us, the Federal Express shipping charges for both
(1.) your original shipping charges (2.) the return shipment from your country also 15 % restocking fee and potentially customs duties and taxes.  will be deducted from your refund once the returned shipment has been received by us. Refusing the shipment might not automatically cancel your order or guarantee a refund. You still be responsible for shipping costs (both outbound and return) and potentially customs duties and taxes.

Layaway

We have an interest-free layaway plan that runs from 2-3 months from the initial date of deposit. Simply make a deposit on your item and we will set your watch/jewelry on layaway for you until it is paid in full. Once you have paid for your purchase in full, we will ship your item directly to you. Items are not shipped until paid in full.

LAYAWAY OFFER

Any cancellations or order modifications will result in the termination of this offer. If your layaway order expires (after 3 months), the offer will be removed and the price will be updated to match the current prices. By placing a layaway order you agree to these terms and conditions. Layaway guarantees the price of the item, not availability. If the item is not currently available after your order is completely paid off, please allow us  2 to 3 weeks to complete the production of the item.

Any cancellations or expired layaways will result a store credit toward a future purchase. Any layaway balance not paid upon expiration of the layaway period will result in the cancellation of your order,The down payment deposit is non-refundable in case you would like to cancel your layaway. Returned layaway orders are eligible for store credit only.

Until item is paid in full it will remain claudiasjewelryinc.com property. The payments thereafter may be made at your convenience in accordance to the terms at the time of the layaway purchase. In the event an item is not paid in full or canceled, We’ll issue a store credit for all payments you’ve made so far, minus any required service fees. Your remaining balance will also be provided as store credit, which you can use toward any future purchase.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from CLAUDIA’S JEWELRY INC.
