Secure your item with a deposit, and we will reserve your watch or jewelry until the balance is paid in full. Once your purchase has been fully paid, we will promptly ship the item directly to you.
In the event that an item becomes unavailable after your order has been fully paid, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for production to be completed. All cancellations will be issued as store credit toward a future purchase. Please note that payments made for custom items are non-refundable.
How Our Layaway Works
Our layaway plan is designed to give you the freedom to pay over time while securing the item you love.
A minimum order of $500 or greater is required to start our layaway plan.- Initial deposit: 25% to 33% down to reserve your item
- Flexible term: 2 to 3 months to complete payments a monthly payment is required to maintain your layaway plan.

How to Open a Layaway Plan in 4 Easy Steps
1) Select Your Item
Browse our collection and choose the product you’d like to place on layaway.
Please note the product name and SKU, as you will need this information to complete the layaway form in Step 2.
2) Complete the Layaway Form
Fill out the form below to set up your layaway plan. After submitting the form, you will receive an email with an invoice for your initial deposit, along with detailed instructions for your remaining payments.
3) Submit Your Initial Deposit
Once you receive your invoice via email, please submit your initial deposit. After your deposit is processed, your first payment will be due 30 days later. You will receive email reminders before each upcoming due date. Please note, we do not mail statements for layaway accounts, but a monthly payment is required to maintain your layaway plan.
4) Receive Your Item
After your layaway balance is paid in full, we will promptly ship your item directly to you.

You can make payments anytime. Your payments will be applied and deducted from your order balance without any additional fees.You may also choose to pay off the entire balance in full at any time and receive your jewelry sooner.
Example: For an $800 jewelry item on a 3-month layaway plan, the required deposit is $200. The remaining $600 will be divided into three equal payments of $200, each due every 30 days.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your layaway:
You may cancel at any time by contacting us directly.
Any cancellations or expired layaways will result in store credit toward a future purchase.
In the event an item is not paid in full or is canceled, we’ll issue a store credit for all payments made, minus a 10% restocking fee.

- All payments must be received on or before the scheduled due date.Please make payments according to the agreed schedule. If you ever find yourself unable to make a payment on time, no worries—a 10-day grace period is available to give you some extra flexibility. If more than two payments are late , or if the layaway balance is not fully paid by the scheduled end date, the item will be returned to inventory and the layaway will be automatically canceled. In the event of cancellation, a store credit will be issued for all payments made, minus a 10% restocking fee. This store credit may be applied toward a new order within six months of the cancellation date.
